So low levels of il5 and il13 can lead to reduced activation of Th2 cells. This again can lead to reduced esenophil activation. Esenophils are supposed to promote angiogenesis after immune or inflammatory events.

I remember this paper linked below where the angiogenic potential of cfs sera was reduced. I think there has been some reports of reduced microvasculature of pwme and LC, i think they scanned patients eyes at erlangen hospital or something.

PCS sera enhanced the release of molecules associated with vascular remodelling and significantly promoted angiogenesis in vitro compared to the PCS/CFS and HC groups.
