Seems like they would be close to you, more or less.
I recently stopped using LDN, just forgot then got lazy, and within 3 days my feet swelled up so much I couldn't get shoes or boots on. Swelling went away in 3 days after I restarted the LDN. So I know it does something, even if I don't know exactly how it works.
