I came across an advert for the Landes Bioscience research database on the Virulence site where Dr Mikovits published a paper recently. I'm not at all keen on commercialised medical intellectual property, but $99 for access to all these chapters doesn't seem terrible, and the information from a search on CFS looks intriguing:
