Good - hopefully hospitals, prosecutors, and Child Protection Services will think twice before having anything to do with that quack.

Not examining alternatives is the whole point of some psychiatric conclusions. I do not trust this doctor. Yet aside from Justina's case (which is compelling to me) we have no evidence of other failures. It will be up to the court to decide.

Should the court find a failure here, I would hope other complainants come forward, and that consideration is given by them to legal action.
