I was just going to say the same thing. All these strategies only make them look more guilty and draws attention to this issue!

Unless pulling the data was a choice of picking the lesser of two evils.

Pulling the data invokes criticism but letting others see the data and how poor it is could eventually be their ruin.

Of course I'm just speculating.:D
