Hi bad1080, thank you for the idea. In fact, I tried that, but it resulted in big eczemas all around the eyes that took a looong time to heal. I use eye drops that contain sodium hyaluronate, they work for me half of the time, I'd say.The doctor has prescribed me Hypermellose eye drops and they provide welcome relief
Same with me - tinnitus is my early warning system. It usually comes along with dry, itchy eyes, I just fond the eyes a bit less annoying, so it's always my tinnitus that makes me stop.
yeah the eye thing, like Don up there said it feels like a slight chemical burn but nothing got in them. Still haven't gotten to the bottom of that one.

I've spent a lot of time on the tinnitustalk forum, and have never heard anything about dust mites exacerbating tinnitus. Kudos to you for figuring it out!My high-pitched tone happens with dust mite exposure on my skin.

As an example, toward the end of a week when it’s about time to change my sheets, my skin has burning sensations, and I get ringing in my ears. They come together.
