Recent labs taken in AM showed low Cortisol. Is this a common finding of me/cfs...???
Yes. And:
Be careful with cortisol supplements, try other things to help your condition first. Your cortisol might move into the normal range using the few existing CFS therapies, such as RVK’s methylation protocol. See if you have any other hormonal issues, such as Hashimoto’s.

My thyroid blood tests are all normal. Have Thyroid ultrasound next week. My Mom has Hashimoto's, RA, Sjogrens and collagen colitis.
We are hunting for any autoimmune for me as I have Reynauds and livedo reticularis. Possibly have Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome...have one positive lupus anticoagulant, testing again next week to confirm. I've been fatigued mildly for many years...but this year became moderate with more pain and PEM. Tested positive for Epstein barr virus a few months ago...the worsened fatigue and pain has been for 7 months now. Diagnosed ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia end of May this year.
