Brenda Davis does an excellent job discussing Paleo and Keto diets on this video. People who live the longest, healthiest lives eat the majority of their calories from whole plant foods. (See Blue Zones). Unrefined carbohydrates are good for you (whole plant foods) refined carbohydrates (white flour, sugar, white rice etc) are not good for you. People easily reverse diabetes, heart disease and easily lose weight following a whole food plant based diet.
