Is there a really clear list of low histamine foods that do not require preparation?

I thought I would move this discussion into here

Magnesium is also quite important in the histamine metabolism, a shortage increases the activity of histidine decarboxylase in some tissues. Histidine decarboxylase is the enzyme that makes histamine from histidine. While at the same time a lack of magnesium leads to lesser activity of DAO.

Sorry am not grasping the above quotes. Are you saying mag is good or bad for histamine reactions in your opinion? Just trying to understand all points of view. Thanks for the info.

You need less histidine decarboxylase activity (because this makes more histamine)
You need more DAO activity (because this breaks down histamine)
Magnesium: a Magnesium deficit lowers the allergic reaction threshold
Low magnesium = increased allergic reaction
