Is there a comprehensive test that can measure digestive enzymes?

Hi,
I seem to be doing very well as far as digestion when I take enzymes with food.
I am curious to know if there is a lab test that can measure enzymes in one's GI track to determine if the person is low or deficient on certain enzyme(s)??
I prefer to know exactly which enzymes are deficient in so I only supplement those enzymes rather than taking a general enzyme product blindly that may have a bunch of enzymes ,some of which I may not need...

Any thoughts or recommendations on tests??
Thanks

I want to add that I have done the GI Metametrix test already but that test does not really tell you what enzymes you are deficient in... for me it basically showed I do not digest LCFA well .. But in real life, I actually have more trouble digesting starchy carbs .
