Is sulfhemoglobin a good marker for H2S excess?

Just wondering if there was anyone with a high sulfhemoglobin level?
(my Sulf-Hb: <1.0 normal reverence 0.0 -0.9)
I did also the Neurotoxic Metabolite Test:
