Is 'Sickness Behaviour' a better term than 'Malaise'?

I agree that the root cause is inflammation. But from a symptomatology standpoint, I feel like I've done heavy push ups and squats at maximum load. I don't feel like I have the flu at all.

So it depends on the philosophy you choose for naming symptoms. Do you want to reflect the somatic experience, or the underlying mechanism?
