Is here anybody who can interpret Upright-MRI results of the craniocervical region ?

I have my Upright-MRI pictures back from 2009 here, but I don't know how to interpret them as a layman. The radiologist said there was no instability but I have doubts when I look at the pictures (not even speak from my symptoms).

So if here is anyone who knows how to interpret the pictures I could try to upload them.
