"Dr. Pretorius explains (in about 11 Min) that most labs are testing the soluble portion but it’s the insoluble portion that contains the inflammation particles and micro clots."

"When patients why general tests do not show that there is an issue with coagulation.
Even the primary tests everything comes normal and people are concerned so but that's the answer is very simple the d-dimer the massive inflammatory molecule presence of von Willebrand are all trapped inside the micro clots that are the insoluble part of the plasma and most of these pathology tests look at the soluble part of the plasma. So the soluble part if you compare soluble with soluble you don't find differences and we also confirmed that there's no real you know…."

(Almost) on topic:

Asad has just sent this. I had to read it twice to believe it.

The following patients are excluded from NHS referral for medical support if they have Long Covid and one (or more) of the following: (!)

What the hell… why? This is really sad to hear. So was martin seen before they implemented this policy?

Any movement on getting this treatment in the us yet? I know officially no but still thought i’d ask.

But you are saying it’s only specific to british help?
Every country is a sovereign.
So the NHS is a British authority and its decisions are not binding for e.g. German citizens because it is not a German authority, i.e. does not execute the laws of the German legislature as an executive, therefore does not serve the German people because it does not have any democratic legitimacy from them.

Imagine the decisions of the German Ministry of Health would be binding on the British. Doesn't really fit, does it?

Ben, may I ask, what you are referring to? Dr. Khan is a patient, and it is Dr. Jaeger who accepts or doesn't patients. I wonder if you would consider clarifying where you read this info. Thanks so much. We are all at the edge of our seats eager for help.

Just UK ME patients being treated as mentally ill people again as per usual. Nothing has changed. I didn't expect them to start adopting the treatment, I expect the UK to be the last country in the world to offer it and even while its curing people world wide our pyschologists will be publishing papers about how exercise and CBT solve everything about the disease.

We will basically have to go to Germany and pay privately, the NHS can't stop that from happening although Covid sure wont help and neither will the condition of the ME patients.
