Inositol

Hi, everyone!
I've started to take inositol recently, I take 1500mg at night and 750 mg in the morning. My sleep became perfect and I started to feel a little bit better during the evenings. I also became a little less anhedonic.

I have some questions:

1. I'm confused about the dosage. I did my research, and I found out, that dosages of inositol people take vary a lot (from 500 mg up to 14 g a day). Do you have any idea or opinion on what the dosage should be?
2. What was your experience with it and what dosage did you take?

Increase gradually over weeks, months and years, and see what it does at different doses and your particular biochemical individuality. Best along with comprehensive laboratory testing.

My experience is already in your other (choline) thread.

A good write-up of much science at different doses, and potential dangers here: https://selfhacked.com/blog/myoinositol/
