Inosine improves gut permeability and vascular reactivity in endotoxic shock

What a coincidence. I just started inosine a week or two ago and also stopped/cut back on Bioperine, bromelain, and cayenne around the same time since they increase gut permeability. It looks like inosine is even better than I thought. There was another thread talking about potential side effects from taking inosine so I just wanted to warn people thinking about supplementing with it.
