Hi there,
I was thinking someone on this forum might know how to undo biotin as I think it started to cause symptoms. I obviously stopped taking it but was taking 1125 mcg for a week and then 2500 mcg for about a week.
Digestion is off and fatigue increased, possibly some fungal growth as well, and I'm not seeing much improvement with time. Does anyone know if it causes particular imbalances and how to fix them?
