Hot tissues

Does anyone get hot especially through the thighs,stomach and head.I describe it as uncomfortable like wearing a cagoule in summer and feeling like I need an ice bath.

Hot or sensation of heat (though perhaps worsened in hot weather)? They are different, and we can have either I think.

I get lots of heat in my head, chest, uncomfortable heat build-up in my heart if I am lying on my left side.
