Hives (urticaria) and ME/CSF?

Sorry to ask another question.
Are Hives (urticaria), MTHFR rs1801131 and ME/CSF related?
It looks like my doctors recognize urticaria as a part of MTHFR. Having urticaria since Dec 2020, at the same time thrombosis and jaundice on top of ME/CSF, doctors are as helpless as I am. The only medication that keeps me upright is Prednison and antihistamines.

Could be Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) which is common in ME/CFS.

I don't know about the thrombosis and jaundice. Is this covid related? Did you have covid?

Could be. It is also an MTHFR

"Did you have covid?"
According to the test - NO.
But I remember that some tests are not accurate.

Still no answer about (MCAS).
