Hello...
Last month my fatigue was very severe, heart rate was low so went to ER...they did a monospot test and was lightly positive. About a week later asked my rheumatologist to run panel.
I have looked online and my results do not match any of the interpretations.
Can you help???
My doc says it's not active. And diagnosed ME/CFS and fibro last week.
EBV VCA IGM ...NEGATIVE
EA IGG..HIGH AT 16.3 ..RANGE LESS THAN 8.9
EBV VCA IGG...HIGH AT 180...NORMAL UNDER 18
EBV NUCLEAR ANTIGEN IGG...NEGATIVE
I read somewhere that in some with reactivation the EBNA will disappear due to immune issues...I do not know if that is correct.
