B vitamins for methylation,etc?

I do Life Extension...wiht the methylated B;'s...(but I only take one) (not two)

I"m supposed to try a All Thiamine cure: bought all that, still sealed up.

I intermittent fast every day,

I try to stay in the time window of about 12 hours and notice digestive problems if I eat some tiny thing late after that window closed. (might get heartburn or IBS-d)

Its never worth it to eat More than normal. (feasting, not worth it)

I find that eating later than 4:00 p.m. seems to cause no end of digestive problems all night. Our large meal is at about 1:00 p.m., and then a very small snack after that (hubby eats whatever he wants).

No, I've found that feasting is never worth it. Yours, Lenora
