Anybody take this stuff? I was just delivered 3 bottles. Took one scoop per instructions and it almost immediately went through me. What is this? And will it get better? Ugh, nasty stuff.

I've taken it before. It didn't have any adverse effects. Maybe a few days of looser stools? Hard to remember as it was years ago. That one tasted better than others I've taken for the same thing!

I was given it for healing my gut. I think it made a small difference.

there is a post on this forum about someone who has huge improvement with L glutamine which is the main ingredient in that formula.

It is worth reading up on and trying to continue. I would suggest just starting with like 1/4 of scoop and increase each week to see if that's more tolerable.

and here is a very complex post about the whole gaba/glutamate balancing

@Lieselotte Thanks for the info! I'll try it while I'm home for a few days and can be close to the toilet. And hope it clears by Monday...

@xebex Thanks for all the links! I will definitely read those later, it would be great to understand what this is. I'm going to try 1 scoop for the next two days, but if that doesn't work I definitely will try the 1/4 scoop idea.

And also good to hear it can help. Last night was miserable! At least I didn't get sick and throw up all my pills. That was my big fear. I only took the essentials just in case.

good luck with it! the only supplements that have had any kind of positive affects for me are various amino acids, so i hope you will find some improvement, if you don't there are other amino acids that could help.
