I'd be happy to send my copy of Amalgam Illness by Andy Cutler to whoever PMS me first about it.

However, in the interests of full disclosure, it's rather worn (a bit dirty) and something red spilled on the back bottom part of it and back pages.. It doesn't look like blood, it's more of a bright pink like liquid B12 would look like or Kool-aid.

Sorry @Ram.02 , it's gone. fwiw, Cutler's protocol didn't help me, though I know a lot of people have been helped by it.
