The practioner using gcmaf at the clinic in Auckland has been in touch with me and he reports good results so far with CFS patients in NZ. The nagalase test is actually done in the Netherlands, just taken care of from their clinic.

GcMAF is slowly catching on. Too bad that shipping makes the nagalase test so expensive. In the US, a branch of the same lab only charges $67 (if I remember correctly) but the blood doesn't have to be frozen and gets there in a few hours with FedEx.

I'm going to see Ros Vallings (ME specialist) early next year and I'll ask her opinion on the St Benedicts protocol. I'm not sure what their protocol is yet and whether it includes immune modulation.
My first preference would be to give probiotic maf a trial. I think .
While I have your ear can you refresh me on what other markers should I ideally have measured before starting any maf treatment? I'm guessing they can mostly be done at the US lab too?
