Food & Medication Intolerances

I haven't been diagnosed as having chronic fatigue syndrome but have symptoms of chronic fatigue related to other neuro-immune issues (POTS, MCAS). Are food and medication intolerances common in this community? And how common?

Common enough for there to be a whole subforum here devoted to MCAS! https://forums.phoenixrising.me/forums/mast-cell-activation-syndrome.126/

And another one is on the subject of hypersensitivities and intolerances: https://forums.phoenixrising.me/forums/hypersensitivity-and-intolerance.94/

The wonderful thing about Phoenix Rising is that if you ever ask a question that begins with the words: "Does anybody else have..." there will be plenty of people who will raise their hands! It's wonderful to not feel alone.

I have food intolerances and that includes medications too.I would believe that a lot of us have these problems too.
I eat chilled apples,I bake potatoes with chicken,I drink water and I snack on peanuts, almonds and mostly non flavoured potato chips.JUnk food is out. And I look after myself.I use acupressure each day to help me get through a day.
