fm vs cfs & cbt

HOw many w/CFS dx also have Fm dx?

An MD gave me this article to read on FM about how cbt helped w/increased exercise and pain reduction;
its bugging me as I don't need help motivating thats not why I go to the doctor.
anyway I am curious how many of you have an FM and CFS?ME diagnosis and what do you see the primary difference is between the 2?

I think someone else posted something similar a few days ago & some of the replies showed the invalidity of the article by showing other research. I will try and find the message.
