Fluish feeling in spine

This symptom seems to be at the very core of what my M.E. is...

Has anybody else experienced this and had any luck improving it? I used to get it all the time, now it seems to be triggered by viruses, including the common cold, or over-exertion.

I definitely used to get this in the early stages of my illness. In both my spine and brain. I was convinced I had spinal meningitis, doctors treated me with antibiotics for 6 weeks then said it mustn’t have been spinal meningitis. But no inquiry to what I was so ill from.
