Finally Found a Treatment...Can Anyone Please Explain This?

Dopamine agonists do a lot more than just act on dopamine receptors - they’re going to impact blood flow, the way nerve impulses work, and even stuff like gut transit time. I think this is a reason that a lot of DA agonists seem to work for some people whereas l-dopa or adderall doesn’t give the same effect.

That and neuroinfalmmation I think. NALT and dopa uses to do something good for me and now they don’t a year later. If they’re metabolizing towards the toxic DA pathway then it’s just going to make things worse in the long run

Interesting. But actually there is a way, there was a very interesting study about a drug trial with Nilotinib for Parkinsons, it did amazing and is in phase 2 or 3 trials iirc. They developed a way to determine if the body was creating Dopamine endogenously, and they explained the tests in their phase 1 study, though i don't know if you can find a lab to run those tests.
That said if Mirapex is helping you has anyone tried giving you Sinemet, which would give your brain L-Dopa from which to create Dopamine as needed? That could also help determine if you have low Dopamine or if the dopamine agonist is working in some other fashion.

i've tried ldopa from mucuna pruriens extract.it has a positive effect a few days in, certainly there but it's minor.

I forgot to add a very important info, mostly because i hadn't realise. After many tests I'm very positive now and I'll update my journal too.
Pramipexole works A LOT better for that matter when I also take LDN.I'd estimate that LDN solo gives me 10% reduction, pramipexole gives me 40% reduction and together they give me 80% reduction.

What's the dosage? I read on reddit it's like 300mg. It's a high price to buy 1g itpp for 26 eur + shipping

I’m surprised how quickly this stuff dried up after being available for years. Wish I had stocked up when it was dirt cheap.

Just as a thread update, Ive been doing a number of different things to target neuroinflammation and recently started weekly IVs consisting of:
• 10g vitamin c
• 4g glutathione
• 1,000mg NAD+
• 1,000mg phosphatidylcholine
• Poly vitamin mix

• DMSO 10ml (on the first one - since d/c cause girlfriend was complaining of the smell lol)
• 300mg ITPP (just added it in for my IV yesterday although Ive been doing surprisingly well without it)

Trying to decide if I want to add anything else - was thinking about SAM-e, liposomal resveratrol, or liposomal curcumin but haven’t gone down that route yet.

Will be adding HBOT soon when I get my chamber although taking longer than I thought.

Also FYI - just in the case anyone decides to try - be careful with IV NAD+ lol. That shit is incredibly fucking strong and the first time I didn’t know what I was doing and tried to IV push it. About piss myself/puked at the same time and thought I was going to have a heart attack haha.

Will probably bump it down to 750-500mg actually because the fastest I can infuse 1,000mg is about 3 hours and even that is uncomfortable.

3rd IV down today and changed my mix slightly -
• 15g vitamin C
• 10g glutathione
• 3g SAM-e
• 1,000mg phosphatidylcholine
• 500mg NAD+
• 300mg ITPP

I’m compounding these on my own so trying to think if there’s anything else I want to add that’s exceptional at cellular repair.

Tried to follow up with ozone MAH but had a clot so had to stop. Next time I’m going to run a bag of ozonated saline and then probably follow it up with ozone MAH but am going to double dose my blood thinner and take it a little earlier.

So far making good progress with this and interested to see how the higher doses of glutathione are. Will probably also ramp up the PTC as I go

I'll go ahead and update this as my running log.

At this point I am afriad to get ahead of myself but I am and have been steadily improving. I'd say that 8 months ago I was a 3/10 and now, mostly in the last 3-4 months, I've progressed to maybe a 7/10. Still nowhere near 'normal' yet and the last bit is going to take a fair amount of time if it happens but I will take the progress so far.

I can't say exactly what has led to this but the last 4 months or so is when I started pursuing things to treat brain inflammation and excess glutamate activity (clonazepam, lamotrigine, memantine, ibudilast, NO2, ketamine) while using ozone, fairly extensive IV nutrients, and changing lifestyle patterns to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system more.

Still haven't added HBOT yet which I am way behind schedule on but still plan to add that as well and keep playing with the other things.

Regarding ITPP and dissolving into solution.
Do you know if it degrades fast or is very stable in water/BAC?
When used for horse and greyhound racing - is it sold in powder or already in a premade vial? That would mean its very stable and one could mix a month supply at once :)

Also do you still take Cabergolin @Swim15

As far as stability, I am unsure. The only specs I could find didn't recommend storing for long so I mix it immediately before IV administration since I'm doing weekly IV nutrients now.

As far as cabergoline, I am not using it any more

I had the same. I am suffering from ADD and when taking Amphetamine and Methylphenidate (Ritalin) perscribed for my ADD for the first time, I was doing 100% good, like pre-CFS- HOLY SHIT. I never felt so good in my past 16 years. So I actually thought ADD might be my personal CFS...
But after 2 months, my crash got so hard, I've been bedridden for almost a year now :)

Now if I take any dopamine medication, I just a get a crash straight away, no boost no more.

I don't know much about this drug, but did you consider methylphenidate chronic toxicity? It seems dose dependant:

Methylphenidate Exposure Induces Dopamine Neuron Loss and Activation of Microglia in the Basal Ganglia of Mice

And what about your thyroid function, did it change over these two years? This drug may lower a but your thyroid hormons level:
