Feedback sought on genes & supplements

Hello, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed!

I‘m only in the early stages of understanding what my genes may mean. I’ve input my data into various places (including genetic genie, promethease etc.)

I’d particularly appreciate feedback on my supplements and what I might need to look into further or things to avoid.

I’m Autistic and also have Graves’ Disease, MCS and lead poisoning (from renovating a 100 year old house) on top of pre-existing CFS. I take propylthiouracil and propranolol for the Graves’ and currently follow a FODMAPS + autoimmune protocol Ketogenic diet.

These are my homozygous and heterozygous methylation and detox genes…

The supplements I take currently are
Selenium
CoenzymeQ10
Magnesium
Biotin
Vit D Zinc
Collagen
L Glutamine (I think from reading here, I’ll be stopping this one)

These are things I’m contemplating adding in:
Acetyl L Carnitine with ALA
Resveratrol
Vit B according to my methylation profile (which I'm still getting my head around)
GABA

Any thoughts or direction would be really helpful right now. I think it will be a penny-drop situation for me and it while take a while to get there.
