I've got only a cursory understanding of the findings in that article but what it makes clear to me is that there is so much being, and yet to be, discovered about how the body works.
In that context, the arrogance of those who assume Medically Unexplained Symptoms are psychogenic and can be fixed by positive thinking and a bit of walking is truly amazing.

It's interesting.
I'm not so sure it would be wise to inhibit this enzyme (in Lupus for example), given that it would cripple the immune system.
It sounds like this is a necessary enzyme (for immunity and autoimmunity) but I'm not so sure it is central to what is going wrong.
