Different interpretations by different docs it seemsIts tricky since most of the population has been Infected.Perhaps there are clues with the early
antigens,nuclear and abnormalities in t and b cell
lymphocytes.
Some say the igm is mostly present
only once in labs then typically doesnt appear
again These immune abnormalities can also be caused by other Infection or co infections that may exist though I do tend to think ebv is active in alot of cases.Perhaps in tissues or cerebrospinal fluid.
I often wonder does it present itself differently than mono as sometimes one doesn't have the fever,night sweats,swollen glands associated but has fatigue
