I know that she recommends a low carb diet (and I am on Keto now actually),
but what natural anti-biotic does she recommend taking along with a low carb diet to attack Lyme?

I don't know either- I have both Lyme and SIBO going and so am treating the SIBO first. But the ND I'm working with had me start taking liposomal artemisinin from Quicksilver over the winter for Lyme and it seemed to really help.

As in it made me sleep for 2 weeks and when I woke up I felt a lot better. I will go back to taking it once I get the SIBO a little more managed.

There's quite a few books out there with various herbal protocols in them. Here's the 3 that have made the most sense to me as a reader, not that I've tried them yet.

Wow! I was on that artemisinin for awhile... I didn't like the taste, but it didn't put me to sleep.

I'm familiar with the Buhner herbal protocol. But 10 pass ozone is more effective.

For natural treatments i recommend Buhner's books / protocols.

Have you been diagnosed with lyme disease? If so, how?

I don't know, but you may want to look into 10 pass ozone, developed in Austria by Dr. Lahodny, which is effective for Lyme.
How do you know that it is effective for Lyme? I read through his internet page and my quackery alarm bells are ringing. Here are some statements which I run through deepl translate:

OHT is a perfectly mature therapy method developed by me for practical immediate use.
If OHT were to be used in general, a medical revolution would have to emerge.

These new findings and their practical implementation will put the entire field of medicine on a completely new footing. All medical subjects will experience in the future by OHT changes of unimaginable extent.

High-dose ozone therapy (OHT) is a medical sensation and the indisputable success therapy of the future.

OHT has opened the door to a new world of medicine on the path of stem cells.

There are no realistic objections to OHT for the following reasons:
