Dr Amy Myers vs Martin Clinic

I keep hearing about leaky gut diet and would like to try it. I bought a book by Dr Amy Myers on it but was also recommended using the e-book from the Martin Clinic online. Can anyone tell me if there's a difference in leaky gut diets from different sources? Or is one leaky gut diet the same as the others?

I'm kind of at the point where I'd like to try different dietary changes (already tried just gluten free, which made no difference) and it'll probably be just trial and error.... but what a way to figure things out!! the options are endless!
