@godlovesatrier,
usually POTS is some form of dysautonomia but not vice versa.
For me, the difference in HR was not enough to be diagnosed with POTS but my doc said it isn't that normal anyway so suggested dysautonomia.
I'm sorry you deal with autoimmunity.
