Anyone take doxy? How did it fare for you?
That's probably too low a dose to do much good against Lyme.I'm going to start 100 mg x 2 for a month to rule out lyme. I'm hoping it's my answer but doubtful.
Probably best to find a doctor with some experience treating Lyme.My rheumy is following the CDC protocol and doesn't believe in high or longterm abx for lyme. Sigh I dunno.
I hope so too. My good friend just lost the rest of her large intestine this summer. It was traumatic but she feels so much better now. I hope you are able to avoid that though!I'm on remicade and can't be off immunosuppressive meds because I keep having surgeries to chop intestines out. I am going to hopefully start LDN in addition though in a month or so. I'm really praying this will be the answer to my CD and ME.
Actually her life without the pain has gone a long way to making up for the bag. She has a great attitude though. Much better than mine!I'm sorry to hear, I'm guessing she has to live with an ostomy bag now. That's awful.
Nonetheless, I find lying down to be preferable to violently vomiting@Valentijn , I was advised not to lye down one hour after taking a tetracycline because of its aggressivness for stomach and aesophagus.
8 weeks total, and I've finished two weeks already. So just 6 left to goI understand . How long will you have to take the doxy?
