Did anyone else have worse apnea on BiPap than CPAP?

I was recently switched due to CNS apnea. Unfortunately my total apnea went from 20-30 per hour to 51. I'm now back on my old CPAP, and waiting on an appointment with a sleep neurologist.

What kind of machines were you switched from and to?
With central sleep apnea you need an ASV and not a regular Bipap.
