Detox-retox joint pain

What do you guys recommend for joint pain triggered by (?)activated B complex? I hope I have something in my supplement arsenal

Facts:

• Last Friday I started DH on digestive enzymes, fishoil, Gamma E and activated B complex (just a tiny fraction of a capsule)
• He has been feeling sleepy during the day since Saturday, but pain-free
• Furunculosis since Saturday
• Today he has generalized joint pain (took only digestive enzymes at lunch)

My inflammation I wrote in another thread that responded to my increase of MFolate, I gauged the severity of that by pain I was feeling in my joints. Especially my hand where I had a recent injury. It would ache constantly. Now back to normal.
