I've just started on d-ribose. Is there anything I SHOULDN'T be taking with it? I read that taking protein supplements with it can affect absorption. I take quite a lot of other supplements:
magnesium (evening, the rest are in the morning)
Acetly L-carnatine
cod liver oil
Vit D
N-Acetyl Cystine
Luteolin
CoQ10
PQQ
folic acid
Vit C
zinc
Vit B12 weekly patch
Also I'm on acyclovir.
Does anyone know if any of that would affect the absorption? (I know magnesium can affect absorption - that's why I take it at a different time from the rest.)
