Hi, does anyone else have the constant feeling of hunger? Even after just eating I still feel hungry. I follow a keto diet mainly because it keeps my weight down. If I eat a usual diet like the rest of the family (with carbs) my weight just goes up and up. I don’t think keto gives me any extra energy additionally. I’ve always assumed it’s because my body is constantly craving energy, anyone else got any ideas? Thanks.
