We in the middle of the US are not too fortunate with regard to ME/CFS specialists. Given your circumstances, you may want to accept travelling to see one of the good specialists.
Dr Lerner is in Detroit. He's very good, but his main treatment is antivirals which are not safe during pregnancy, so if you're planning that anytime soon, he might not be the best for you.
Dr Enlander is in NYC. Drs Lapp/Black are in Charlotte NC.
