There used to be a dysautonomia clinic associated with one of the hospitals (Montclair), but when I was there that was it. Now Dr. Jared Younger is researching at UAB but he is a Ph.D. not a clinician. Still, if you contact him, I think he would know if there are any clinicians there.

Bryan Evans, MD in Huntsville has suffered from CFSME, I don't know if he sees patients with cfsme, he may be a good source.

I see that he's a surgeon, and is doing FM research through a new company. I don't see where he actually sees FM patients though. Am I wrong?
