Canivora boosts Immune and NK Cells

I ran across this the other day and it looks either interesting or a way to part people from their money. Anyone know about this?

It's supposed to boost/increase WBC and NK Cells.

Yeah, the site looks sketchy. Im sure the product has some good nutrients in it, but I highly doubt it lives totally up to the claims posted
