I've been noticing that my POTS symptoms seem to worsen after phisical activity, along with other more common symptoms of PEM like prolongued exhaustion, pain, memory deficit, etc. Does anybody experiences this? can anybody point me to some information about this issue? Thanks!

Yes, definitely. And not just physical stress, though that is the most usual!
