@caledonia I just read your guide and wanted to thank you for doing this.

I have 2 double whammies and just so much more fun stuff. It's a lot for a science idiot like me to absorb but this is the first time I sort of understood how messed up I was, and how some things I'm ok with.

I see my NP maybe December when we had planned to reassess everything.

@Martial I am a science idiot when it comes to methylation and SNP's. You know that!

When I finally looked at my SNP's and looked at Caledonia's guide I saw how truly screwed I am. I have pretty much every bad SNP she talks about and what I was taking, may not be the best thing for me. I'm one who should take folic acid, but wait, I need metafolin too! WTH?

This will be a job for my NP.
