The CFIDS & Fibromyalgia Self-Help Program has two new feature articles on its

1) "Overlapping and Related Conditions" - A description of nine medical problems
that often occur together with CFS and FM, and what to do about them.

2) "Third Time's a Charm: How I Learned to Pace Myself" - A personal story of
how one person with CFS learned to use pacing to gain stability, reduce her
symptoms and expand her activity level.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the program has conducted hundreds of
self-help classes since 1998, most offered over the internet. The program's
website contains information about the program's three self-help courses, plus
numerous articles on topics such as coping strategies, pacing and support. In
