I have had bad diarrhea for 11 days now and had my bloods done yesterday and they want me to get my u&e's and gfr bloods done again in 6 months. Does anyone know if these can be abnormal with the diarrhea and that's why they are waiting 6 months to re-do?

Hi Fuzzyhead, sorry to hear of your troubles. I think it's probably best to ask your doctor about this. Maybe a phone call would help. They really should explain to us why they are doing things. It's worth reminding them that doing stuff without proper explanation causes a lot of probably unnecessary worry. Good luck.
