It's only a prototype test at this point. They claim to have some biomarkers that correlate with pain levels for general cases. Further development might improve the quality of results for more specific situations.

I'd call it a potential future tool for measuring ME pain. I wonder whether it measures the perception of pain, rather than actual nerve signals.
