I posted this thread on a lyme forum but my diag is CFS with perhaps chronic lyme

The thread revolves around an article entitled microbes, toxins and unresolved emotional conflicts i.e. trauma by Klinghardt. All three things need to be tackled.

Long term I feel a low fat vegan diet see www.drmcdougall.com is best for fighting microbes, activated charcoal at a high single daily dose. I am around 25G but will gradually increase that to around 40G, for biotoxin removal

On truama I have will get Doidge book rec by cort tomorrow on brain plasticity. Sound therapy I am trying also.

From what I have read here I dont believe Gupta is providing more than standard stress management techniques orientated to cfs. I note his postal address is nowhere near Harley St!

O.K. we may have a retrovirus but the challenge is for us to live meaningful lives in the meantime

HAPPY THOUGHTS

Did Judy Mikoviks say last night that with this retovirus we should be careful about the no of supplements we are taking?

In any case just about the only two supplements I now take are Red rice yeast and charcoal with a tiny bit of green clay.
