Another tip from my mate: the Khan Academy has masses of educational resources in a wide variety of subjects, including Biology topics from 1st year college and high school biology courses:

Looks like there are some highly relevant primers in the Biology section: "Review of B cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells" and "Types of Immune Responses" should be of value to many of us I'm sure. Once again, I don't know where exactly I'm going to find the time to look at all this properly myself, but hopefully somebody out there will be able to make use of this library...
