I have memories of my mom using a dropper to get my B vitamins in me. I still remember the horrible taste.
What is a b-complex that won't gag me with smell or taste? There was one someone mentioned here, Nature Made with C but I just read some reviews that said the taste was horrible.
I'd prefer a multi so I don't have to take more stuff (I'm at my saturation point as it is). And not a million dollars.
I'm currently taking B5 (500 mgs) B6 1 mg
